Finding your perfect new pad using Fish need water couldn’t be simpler.
Once you’ve found a property that you’d like to view, simply hit the ‘arrange a viewing’ tab and fill out the short form so we know a little more about your current circumstances. Someone will then get in touch. We can also help make the whole searching experience a little easier for you. If you tell us what type of property you want to buy, your favourite locations and the property price range we’ll alert you the moment a matching property becomes available giving you a neat advantage.
Vendor conducted viewings
We offer our sellers a reduced cost selling service if they elect to conduct their own viewings, so there’s a good chance when you are booked in to see a property you will be meeting the seller face-to-face.
We recommend (especially for females) that you take a friend with you to viewings and not attend alone if the property viewings are conducted by the seller. We will tell you before the appointment is confirmed whether a Fish need water staff member is conducting the viewing.
If you feel uncomfortable discussing the property with the seller, we recommend taking notes and talking through any questions you might have with a member of our office based sales support team after your viewing.
Making an offer
Although you might meet sellers when viewing properties, we’re not expecting you to negotiate directly with them if you don’t want to. Our office based sales support member will be on hand to enter into any negotiations with you once you’ve found your perfect new property.
At the point you make an offer for purchase on a property, we will need to verify you. We do this by asking for some personal identification, for example a credit card or passport details. The system we use then confirms your identity by cross checking information held about you on credit databases and the voting register.
