We conduct in-depth reference checks

Once an offer is accepted we conduct in-depth reference and credit checks for tenants (and any guarantors). Then, once you’re happy, we sort out the paperwork, collect and protect the deposit, set a moving-in date and organise your Inventory-check-in report - while you relax.
