What I love about the house

"Our 1930s house has quite a few traditional features, which we love, the most important of these, particularly in these freezing temperatures, is an open fire in the living room. In the summer the french doors open up from the dining room into the gorgeous garden - just right for barbecues with friends or family (or if you are more industrious, you can tend our veggie patch). And with two spacious double bedrooms and a single, which we use as a study, you've got room for them all to stay!

The location is great; you back onto Hilly Fields, and Ladywell Fields is at the end of the road so it's quiet, and there's plenty of traffic free running if that's your thing. And yet, you can be at almost any of the central London stations within 20 minutes (and get a seat) - the best of both worlds!"

This is what we say about the house

This three bedroom house is set in a quiet tree-lined road a few minutes away from the hubble and noise of the town centre.

Close to Blythe Hill its a short walk to Catford Bridge BR and not much further to Honor Oak Park, where usefully you can pick up the Overground service to Croydon or Canada Water in the opposite direction. Like tube trains, they operate every few minutes.

Viewings highly recommend

The house is decorated to a high standard and is clearly not your typical rental property. You can see that the owners have made it a comfortable and homely space in which to live.
