Our sales process

• We'll provide you with an online valuation. We can do this without the need to visit your property by using very clever online technology.
• Once we’ve taken payment from your debit or credit card our agent will call you to agree a convenient time to visit to prepare photography, floor plans and if required an EPC. A visit can usually be booked within 48 hours.*
• We'll arrange for our video production unit to visit and prepare your short property film.**
• Our office based agent will create your property marketing details before requesting you approve them for accuracy. You can ask us to amend your marketing details if required.
• Once the marketing details are approved your property will then be advertised on the UK's best known property sites including Rightmove and Zoopla.
• Any buyer leads will be pre-qualified by fish need water staff to ensure they are in a position to buy before viewings are booked.
• Your sales support agent will obtain feedback for each and every viewing and prepare regular property viewing statistics for you.
• Once an offer is received we electronically verify the identity of the buyer as well as re-confirming your buyers' financial position and any chain details.
• Confirmed offer details are passed to all parties Solicitors. Our administration team will help you to progress your sale through to a successful conclusion.
