The lettings process
We'll help to make the entire process simple, from finding your property to moving in.
We'll even confirm the exact amount that you'll need to move in so that you can decide if you are happy to proceed further before making any financial commitment.
-
1 Register your details online
We’ll send you property alerts, ensuring you view the best properties as soon as they become available.
-
2 Request a viewing
With just a few clicks of the mouse you can request a viewing and we’ll book an appointment for you. We need to make a simple verification check before you attend any viewings that are directly with our landlords.
-
3 Make an offer
If the property meets your ideal, then make an offer and we’ll communicate between you and the landlord until an amicable agreement is reached. At this point a holding deposit ensures the property is taken off the market and no further viewings are booked.
-
4 ‘Getting Approved’
We’ll email your reference application form for you to submit on-line. We’ll case track your application to ensure a speedy conclusion.
-
5 Draft Tenancy Agreement
We’ll email you your draft Tenancy Agreement for checking, and you can raise any queries with us.
-
6 Transfer ‘move in’ money
You can transfer your move in funds (usually a deposit and a your advance rent payment).
-
7 Register your deposit
We’ll register your deposit (if we are managing the property) with the Deposit Protection Service and we’ll issue the required documentation to all relevant parties. On let only services we’ll transfer your deposit for your landlord to register it with an authorised Tenant Deposit Scheme.
-
8 Sign Tenancy
Our (free of charge) Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreements have been specially prepared by the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) so we know they are accurate.
-
9 Move in
Congratulations, you can now collect the keys and move in to your new home.
