It’s never felt like I’m selling bricks and mortar.
Often, it’s a home, an extension of the owners life. It’s a photo-album of memories. Love, sweat and tears have created it.
I’m also conscious that when I sell a client’s home – it’s also going to be someone else’s ‘dream home’. It might be the start of a family, or a new chapter of their life. The first rung on the property ladder or it could be their forever home. Whatever it is it will be as important to them as it has been for you.

My Six Principles
As a self-employed property consultant and after selling almost 1000 homes, I’ve learned that there are 6 principles that if followed, will lead to the best outcome.
I’ll be your home Doctor, so don’t worry if you don’t know how to get your home ready for sale. I’ll let you know with a comprehensive ‘to-do’ list and can recommend trustworthy local trades guys that can help if needed. Remember the less a buyer feels they need to do to a property – the more they’ll pay for it.
My passion is property aesthetics, and I’ll use my eye for detail and experience to help style your property throughout curating exceptional ‘magazine quality’ photography. I’ll work with you to make sure buyers see your property looking its absolute best.
I’ll explain to you how the property websites have changed buyer behaviours and why setting your asking price correctly is vital, and how setting it too high results in a prolonged time on the market and an eventual sale below your property’s real value.
I’m never silent and open doors. I want buyers to know everything you’ve ever loved about your home, the road, your neighbours and how it’s made your life better. People love stories. We are all story tellers. There isn’t a stronger connection between people than storytelling.
When I negotiate with buyers I’m acting for you, so I’ll do it as if I was selling my own home and my life depended on it. I don’t accept the first offer and if possible, I’ll always aim to close your sale asking for a buyers ‘best and final offer’.
Once I’ve agreed a sale, I’ll fight tooth and nail to make sure the sale completes, and I’ll have expert help in doing so.
