This property in Dunstans Road, SE22 could be worth looking at.  It says it is in need of renovation and is on the market for £625,000.  Looking into a bit of history you can see that number 28 sold in June 2012 for £540,000.  I can’t say what state that property was in, but what I can say is that the market has increased 33% since then.
