I’ve been asked to help redesign a pretty period built cottage which is moments from Greenwich High Street and directly adjacent to an entrance to the much loved Royal Greenwich Park.
Originally the owners had some big plans to excavate the existing cellar to create more living space, but more recently they have decided they aren’t likely going to be able to create their dream vision, so have asked Chislehurst Pristine Builders (whom I work alongside) to refurbish it before putting it on the market for sale.
The owners and myself want to add some charm back into this pretty property. It’s all very drab at the moment.
My Mood Board inspiration:
Working on a budget, I needed my negotiating hat on to make sure I secured great prices on the fittings to keep within the budget of my client.
I moved a wall slightly to make a bigger family sized bathroom to make sure we could fit a shower and a full sized roll-top bath.
The property is now under offer.
