London's Rental Index
So what’s the market doing when it comes to rental values? 
According to HomeLet 2016 to date has seen a slower rate of rental growth, compared to the same period last year. Rents in Greater London are up by 2.5% year on year and the average rental values have increased in eleven out of twelve regions in the UK, compared to last year.
