Our client had lived in his house in Thornsbeach Rd, Catford for the last 30 years with his family. Their daughter had left the family nest and they had decided to move to Sussex to be closer to his daughter and grandchildren. The couple who bought the property were not just thinking of being close to parents they were also considering the good local schools, transport links, and the investment in the area. There are some heavy rumours saying the Bakerloo line is on its way to Lewisham and Catford which will only push prices up in the area even further.
