Our lowest fee for finding quality tenants in just £295 plus vat, irrespective of the value of the annual rent fee charged.  The higher the rent you charge, the BIGGER the saving and the savings are not small.

We book tenant viewings in with you, we don’t simply forward their number.

We ensure that ALL tenants have passed Paragon FCC reference processes.

We can prepare an NAEA approved Tenancy Contract for you – if preferred

We’re here until 9pm every evening and weekends for any advice or assistance – We are your acting agent after all and we’re certainly not just a way to advertise.

The better properties always rent first and for the best market prices

We’ve recently had some very nice stock.  So nice I’d even go as far as saying the best of its kind available in the location, at that particular time (phew!).

The results have been great too.  We’ve rented several properties within just a few days of hitting the market.  We’ve just agreed terms on a 1 bed flat in Eltham for £750 when the Rightmove best price guide indicated that the highest rent previously achieved in the road was £725 (and that was achieved in the last 2 weeks).  We have just achieved a fantastic £1425 for a 2 bed flat in SE4 in just days.

Why would you want to pay more?

We’d go as far as saying if you own a quality property,  and you can manage to meet tenants for viewings (and feedback from our landlord clients is that they really like this aspect of our service as they ‘want’ to know who’s going to be moving in), then you really needn’t pay more than the cost of our service.
