We add a floor plan and a compelling description, and list your property on Rightmove, Zoopla, Globrix, Find a Property, Prime Location and many more online portals. We also send you an eye-catching 'To Let' board for free.

We negotiate hard to get you the best rent offer

We take all the enquiries, pre-qualify the applicants according to any criteria you’ve given us, then conduct the viewings. And we don’t give up when we’ve got one “yes” – we like bidding wars! Our approach means we get you more rent than you wanted more than 90% of the time.

You choose your favourite tenants

We negotiate the highest possible level of rent and conduct full in-depth tenant and /or guarantor referencing from the tenants you want at your property. Then if you’re still happy with the results, we’ll take care of the paperwork*, collect and protect the deposit, and organise the photographic check-in Inventory.

There's no reference check as effective as your gut feeling

So why not meet your potential tenants, and choose who you really want to live at your property and compared to most well-known high street agents, you'll save lots of money. In fact in some cases we'll let and manage your property for less than some agents charge to find your tenants.
