It ticked all the boxes for us when we were searching for our first home. It has great sized rooms and has 2 bathrooms which were ideal for us. Our lovely garden is what we will miss the most as we landscaped ourselves and have had some great times in as you get the sun thought the day and it's very calm in the evenings.

West Malling village is our local town which has a great high street with shops, bars and some amazing restaurants. Franks Restaurant and Mussel Bar and The Swan are our favourites. Our local pub is the Wheatsheaf where you are made to feel at home and can enjoy the beer garden in the evening.
Laybourne Chase itself has a new convenience store which has just opened. On weekends we get a Pizza and a Coffee/cake van over by the community clubhouse. The development is surrounded by woodland and country walks which is great when you're working from home and just need to get some fresh air.
