I met initially with James and Darien after fishneedwater were recommended to me by a good friend who had an excellent result and experience with this relatively new Company. My first impressions were that they were unlike any other agent I'd met before. They didn't wear suits, though were impeccably presented, and came across more down to earth and communicative, taking more interest in what my plans were. We agreed a fee structure that although was unusual, clearly was a motivator for their agency to work hard and sell my property for the best price possible. During their marketing, they didn't do one open day, but more like four or even five and after each one managed to obtain a higher offer for me, which I was delighted with. Even after I agreed to accept an offer, Darien persuaded me to allow him to do more viewings and actually was right as I got a much higher offer. Over all the experience with the guys was fantastic and they always kept me informed and were open and honest with me. I recommend this unusually named business highly, and would most certainly tell anyone to give them a try, they certainly exceeded my expectations. I would have no hesitation using their services again.

I met Darien at an open house for a property in hither green. I remember it quite clearly as he was wearing a tweed blazer that I quite liked. He was honest with me from the outset and when I offered he kept me updated. Unfortunately I didn't get the property in the end but Darien continued to stay intouch with me. Another property then came on in the same complex which he invited me to see... I loved it and again when I offered Darien kept me updated. On both properties there was a bidding process and unfortunately, again I was out bid. Since then, I have kept in-touch with Darien and I have now secured a purchase. I am writing this reviews as the honesty Darien showed in rare in his industry.

After contacting a number of agents I was undecided as to who to put my property on the market with. Promises of what I considered to be an unrealistic selling price were tempting but Darien Neavin's enthusiasm and persistence in convincing me that his method would get results eventually won me over. Despite repeated concerns that I threw back at him he set my mind at rest each time and after just a few days we had a fantastic offer on the table. Not only was the price offered consistent with the value Darien suggested we could achieve but it came from a purchaser that was ready to complete quickly with a mortgage offer already in place. A few minor issues arose that the solicitor who was recommended by Darien (Brian Craig of Meaby & Co.) very quickly and competently resolved did nothing to hold up the process. Estate Agents often get pretty bad press but I would personally recommend Fishneedwater to anyone who requires a reliable and professional agent.

I found James and his staff (not just those mentioned above) all very helpful and polite. Everything worked quickly and smoothly. I found email communcation the most convenient approach. Within around a week of signing up I had 7 offers in and Darien provided a good email summary of these and their relative merits. We purchased a house through fishneedwater, and I have to say James drove a hard bargain. We ended up paying a little more than we had originally wanted to, but the property attracted a ton of interest, and in the end we felt we needed to secure it, so we revised our original offer - twice! Once the sale started James kept on point and we know that he was chasing the sellers' solicitor to help expedite matters along smoothly. They also have dedicated sale progressors in Donna and Annette who were always available. I would most certainly use James and fishneedwater to sell a property if ever the need arose, and would happily recommend the Company to friends.

I found Fishneedwater.com through Zoopla. After having approximately 10 other agents call me wishing to sell my property, I decided on Fishneedwater. The main reason for my decision was because of their approach to selling including, Asking for offers over the asking price and also the standard of photography, but the main reason was that their salesman, Darien Neavin, actually sold the company to me. Once the property was on the market they immediately started booking in viewings and kept me informed by email of all the interested parties and times of viewing. I finally accepted an offer over the asking price only two weeks after giving them the contract. The only negative point, which was purely coincidental was that Darien went on holiday leaving a colleague to chase the purchaser for solicitors etc. But we all have holidays and the sale is progressing subject to contract.

I was selling the house from abroad and never done this before, then I meet Darien. I admire his motivation and really appreciate his effort trying to get the best deal as he could. Amazing customer service and very professional. He got things done so quickly and sold the house within 2 weeks which I am still very impressed. I would definitely recommend him when it comes to properties. He also found me a solicitor which was very thoughtful of him and it was at a low price. Everything that he has done for me and my family is NOT what I normal agent should have done. He is beyond that, he would think it my shoes and I really appreciate that.
