Fish need water did a fantastic job in a v tough sales climate. Once they negotiated a good price on the property they went beyond the call of duty with difficult buyers to get the deal over the line. Could not recommend them highly enough - and at commission rates way below the 'mainstream' places on lordship lane. If you're thinking about using them - don't hesitate just do it! Jon c
