I would like to write a review for Jazz. My husband and I have recently purchased our first home, a process that took 8 months and was unbelievably stressful due to the financial situation of the vendor. However, Jazz was the most incredible support throughout - he consistently when above and beyond the 'call of duty' and was the only ray of hope in the whole process. We could not have asked for a better person to be working for us, and we have absolutely no doubt that we only got the property in the end because Jazz tirelessly pursued the vendor and built genuine relationships with everyone involved, so that we reached a positive outcome (in the end!). We honestly did not know that people like Jazz worked as Estate Agents ;) He seemed to truly care about us, and understood the desperation we felt about getting the flat, as we had had a baby (at a similar time to his own little girl's birth) and could not afford to buy in London without the support of my parents. I hope you take this review for what it is - if there is a recognition scheme you have at Fish Need Water I would 100% put Jazz forward for it - in fact since purchasing our property I have since looked for national award schemes to nominate Jazz for! He even helped the vendor empty the property for 2 days so that we could complete and find it in a suitable state! We could not have asked for more!! We will forever be indebted to him.

Fish Need Water did a very good job and sold my Flat as promised quite quickly at a good price. Jazz my agent, he was great, gave good advice, friendly and I found him to be one of the most helpful person in the whole stressful moving experience, especially when there were inevitable delays in the chain below me. Always, on the end of the phone, keeping me updated, chasing solicitors etc and he managed viewings on my flat with limited disruption to myself and was also willing to help even if the issue was outside his remit or the agents remit. The agents fees were reasonable and scaleable, so would recommend to others, Mr Tony Lockwood
